Volunteering is a fantastic opportunity for staff team building and personal development outside of the normal working environment. Companies are increasingly committed to demonstrating corporate social responsibility, and volunteering at BTCV Skelton Grange Environment Centre is an excellent way of giving something back to the local community and environment, as well as meeting business aims and objectives.

We are able to provide team-building days specifically catered to your needs, which take place within our wonderful six-acre site. These could include activities such as footpath building, developing our play space for children, or creating artwork and displays to go in our award-winning eco-centre. Activities can be matched to anyone's ability as our site is fully accessible, and the main aim of the day is for employees to feel they have learned new skills, and really achieved something worthwhile. Our caterers provide a range of delicious food which can be requested.

In addition, employees have the opportunity of using meeting room space in our award winning eco-building, and enjoying the natural surroundings to make the day really special.
