Employee Action Days
Our Employee Action Days are practical team activity days that allow your staff to make a genuine contribution to the local environment.
Tasks vary depending on the time of year and local requirements, but can range from footpath building or developing our play space for children, to creating artwork and displays to go in our award-winning eco-centre.
Activities can be matched to anyone's ability as our site is fully accessible, and the main aim of the day is for employees to feel they have learned new skills, and really achieved something worthwhile.
