Want to go Wild in the Woods?

Wild in the Woods for targeted groups

Wild in the Woods programmes for targeted groups (maximum 12 children) can run over 2 to 12 weeks depending on the needs of your children. We will discuss beforehand what you would like to get out of it and what we can achieve.

Children come to Skelton for one day a week and take part in a full day of outdoor activities - we also try to visit the children in their setting before and after Wild in the Woods, so they know what to expect and to help us plan and evaluate.

Wild in the Woods taster days

If you want to get a taste of what Wild in the Woods involves we have developed a one day session which we will be running from September 2011.  It is suitable for a whole class and will run like our other education days from 10am - 2.30pm.  There is no charge although like all our activities we do ask for a donation!!

The Wild in the Woods project is suitable for school groups from Year 4 - Year 7.  We can also run sessions in the school holidays for young people aged 9 - 12 for holiday groups.
