An avenue of trees; some carrots and volunteers hard at workSkelton Grange Environment Centre has a 6 acre site which has been developed to promote biodiversity and encourage local wildlife, whilst also being a safe accessible area for environmental education and play. The site provides a range of habitats including ponds, young woodland, meadows and a large mature hedge.....
Clearing the pond; teasels and frosty holly
We also have a food growing area, where we grow a variety of seasonal vegetables and herbs, as well as several fruit trees.

There are lots of opportunities for volunteers to help out with improving and developing the site at Skelton Grange. Please take a look at our volunteers section for further information.
